This unit includes a cast iron grate and removable wok ring. Upfront heavy duty knobs in a matching silver finish complete the look. For added safety, the knobs require a gentle push-to-turn motion to ignite, with thermocouple flame protection to ensure the gas turns off if the flame goes outFeaturing a burner manufactured by Defendi, this cooktop offers a wide heating range. The dual burner has a 15,300 BTU output, while the inner flame can reach up to 2,050 BTUs for lower heat applications.The GCJ1SSTK15 uses electronic spark ignition and is preset for natural gas operation. It s set for natural gas but includes a conversion kit for LP connections. A standard three-pronged 115V cord is pre-installed for easy hookup.
