Senna (Cassia Angustifolia) 450mg / 60 Capsules. Properties: Laxative Intestinal problems, Relieves discomfort when evacuating, constipations. Take two to three capsules with 8 ounces of water before bed. Senna is a relatively strong laxative, and should be taken in moderation for short periods only.
