These CAP Barbell Olympic Rubber Encased Commercial Grip Plates are an ideal addition to your home gym and workout routine. They come in multiple sizes, so you can customize your workouts. Made of solid cast iron and encased in durable rubber, these Olympic weight plates are sure to withstand the wear and tear of everyday workouts. Each weight is designed to fit on a weight bar with a 2-inch sleeve diameter (available separately). Make sure to get your weights in sets of two so you can create an even load on each side of your bar. A rubber coating keeps the weights from chipping, protects them against rust, and protects equipment and floors from damage. Most of the plates have grip handles that make them easier to carry and store. Each rubber weight is sold individually.
